We are searching for an Executive Assistant & Project Management Intern to help evolve the T-LoY, Coaching Programs, Live Events, and Guest Experience & Sales Program. This position is the perfect mix of creative project manager, executive assistant, and sales concierge.

We are a mentorship-based company. You will learn skills here that will be applicable in any job or industry.


– Act as the project manager for T-LoY related projects.

– Help develop curriculum & materials used for our training programs and live events.

– Manage/Schedule/Create Content for the T-LoY Digital & Social Media Platforms

– Assist in obtaining new coaching/speaking business through LinkedIn

– Make & take phone calls, write letters & e-mails, and create content on behalf of the team.

– Proofread e-mails and documents generated by the NYC office.

– Maintain and guard Michael’s calendar.

– General office management & assistant tasks


– A love to help others grow

– Successful track record managing deadlines of self & others.

– An effortless ability to pick up the phone and talk to strangers.

– Experience with sales, guest relations, or customer service.

– A need for accuracy and organization that makes others think you are insane.

– Amazing writing and pRoofreeEding skills. (Michael is an awful speller)

– Comfortable with Apple iOS & iCloud.

– A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Especially Excel), Keynote, Mailchimp-like programs.

– Knowledge or willingness to learn Adobe Suite is a bonus. (But not a necessary superhero power)

– The ability to brainstorm solutions to challenges that most people would deem impossible.

– Experience offering support to an Executive Director, CEO, Producer, or similar leadership-type roles.

COMPENSATION: Starting at$13 per hour. (Possible school credit if needed)

COMMITMENT6-9 Months with the possibility to extend or/and grow within the company.

WHERE: The Legacy of You office is in Midtown Manhattan – centrally located across from Bryant Park @ 42nd Street.

START DATE: When the right candidate comes forward (Preferably August/September 2018)

HOURS: Full Time / 35-40 Hours A Week / Monday – Friday / 10 AM – 6 PM / However there can be a degree of flexibility for the right candidate.
