Feeling part of something bigger than you is crucial. Wanting to be significant is a human need.
The thought of an entire team feeling ownership of the bigger picture really does excite me. Maybe that is geeky of me, but it does. Making something “happen” is sexy. Period.
WHAT IS YOUR MOON?
- Do you know what you are trying to make happen?
- Do you know why you are trying to make it happen?
- Do the people around you know what you are trying to make happen?
- Do the people around you know why you are trying to make it happen?
I know it may sounds silly to some of the readers of this blog ask questions like that, but the truth is, it is easy to lose sight of your original vision; I’ve lived it and have seen many others do the same, and well, that is just a downright waste of time because time not spent purposefully can never be recovered. Time not recovered is interest on your Legacy you will never be able to earn.

As a matter of fact, everyone, list how what you are doing right now is significant to your “bigger picture.”. You know I really want to know. Drop a sentence in the comment section below or e-mail me!
