Leaning Into Discomfort

Ready to start leaning into discomfort?

It’s easy to repeat what is already comfortable to you.
It could be:
Food you consume.
Relationship types you enter.
The job you’ve had for 3 years now.
Daily rituals and habits you keep.

Even if the thing you are used to is not good for you or productive to your creativity, it still brings you some sort of comfort. That’s why you keep doing it.

It’s easier to deal with the devil you know than to deal with the devil you don’t.

So when you are trying something you have never tried before you very well may feel discomfort and, in fact, I’d be shocked if you didn’t.

The only way you are going to do something bigger than what you are doing now is to lean into the discomfort.

That feeling of discomfort is your sign that something just may be heading in the right direction.
