How Saying One Word Can Make All The Difference - The Legacy of You Michael Cedar

“Yet” can become one of the most powerful words in your vocabulary if you let it.

For example:
I can’t do that…yet.
I don’t have the money…yet.
I won’t do that…yet.
I am not in a position of authority…yet.

“Yet” indicates that you have future plans.
“Yet” indicates that you are willing to put in the work.
“Yet” gives you permission to allow what you want to eventually happen.

It’s easy and requires no accountability to leave out the “yet,” but if you have to say “I can’t” or “I don’t” or “I am not” consider adding “yet” to the end of your statement and eventually you will no longer need it anymore.
