  1. When I grow up I want to be someone I would like to be friends with, someone kind and willing to listen and compromise. I want to be content and fulfilled and I want to spend time doing things that make me feel joy and wonder. I’m not looking for any spectacular accomplishments. I love what I do and I love my modest life. I think it keeps me honest and humble and it allows me to keep it simple. When I grow up I want to be a grandma and a sister and a friend. I want to be there when loved ones pass and new loved ones come into this crazy world. I want to be the elder that the young people ask about the way things were. I want to bring a smile to countless faces and ease the pain of many. I want to live to be an old, wise woman who stays open minded and up on the top 40 hits of the day. I want my life to leave many happy memories and loving thoughts. That would make me a success.

  2. There is nothing modest about a life of loving. I think your intention by itself IS a fantastic accomplishment…In fact an accomplishment that many never get to say they had… Accomplishment is not by the size of a bank account or the number of movies you made… Accomplishment is the depth of impact you make on those you wish to help. Keep doing what you are doing Rosemary. Keep loving.

    1. Thank you, Michael. Overall, I do feel successful in my life, simply because I am so loved and so fulfilled in what I do. I guess success is in the eye of the beholder!
